When can the price of the ticket(s) be refunded?

The ticket insurance will refund the costs for the entry tickets in certain instances, such as in the case of an unexpected serious illness. Details can be found on our info sheet and directly in the insurance terms and conditions.

In order to verify the entry ticket claim, we require confirmation of the insured incident (for example, a medical certificate that can also be submitted later) and proof regarding the purchase of the tickets (for example, an invoice or order confirmation).
